Job Description

Financial Instituion premises data analysis

  • Data Statistics and analysis, plan and build data model, develop visiualizaiton chart
  • Data cleaning and categorizing
  • Build up data analysis environment, by using Phthon to create strategic plan for decision making

Data maintenance and Update

  • Premises rent, management fee, utilities, cost, area, floor
  • Business unit and support unit employee, workstation, share space numbers, and space utilization
  • Space occupancy data (WorkSpace Hub etc.) management

Project Support

  • Provide data analysis and communication inter departments
  • Collect financial industry related data and comparison

Skill and Ability

  • Above 1 year experience on data analysis and visiualization
  • Good data analysis skill
  • Good SQL skill
  • Experienced data programming (Python)
  • Expericed data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Good to familiar with financial business industry
  • Good communication skill
  • Familiar with Auto Cad is preferred
