Data Analyst - Volcano Engine

1. Mainly responsible for the data analysis of the intelligent recommendation algorithm project 2. Communicate the data requirements required for the recommendation algorithm, and perform quality verification on the data to ensure that it can be used for algorithm modeling 3. Build data analysis dashboard, design and develop AB indicators, etc. 4. Analysis of daily data problems: including but not limited to analysis of the attribution of core indicator changes, analysis of poor recommendation effects, etc., and give effective suggestions from a professional perspective.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics, computer science, mathematics and other related majors 2. Have a certain understanding of the principles of recommendation algorithms, and those with previous experience in search and push algorithms, advertising and other related experience are preferred 3. Proficient in SQL, Python and other languages 4. Good communication skills, responsible, patient, strong logical thinking ability, good at discovering the connection between business and data 5. Good at team communication and collaboration, can think proactively, have a sense of innovation, and can promote the smooth progress of multi-business and multi-role projects.
