Responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing legal opinions on data and privacy protection for the company's domestic and foreign Internet products, and conducting data compliance and personal information protection impact assessments based on business needs in terms of product functions, algorithm models, external cooperation, etc. 2. Responsible for formulating and improving the company's data protection and privacy compliance policies, processes and systems providing data compliance legal training for domestic and foreign Internet product, technology, marketing, operation and other teams 3. Track and study changes in domestic and international data protection and privacy regulations, adjust the company's data protection and privacy compliance strategies in a timely manner, ensure compliance with business operations identify major privacy risks in a timely manner, and facilitate early deployment of domestic and international products and businesses.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, law-related major, more than 5 years of experience in data protection and privacy compliance, familiar with domestic and international data protection and privacy regulations 2. Have good legal analysis and problem-solving skills, be able to handle complex legal affairs independently, have strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with other departments 3. Have a broad vision, strong self-iteration ability, be able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, and be highly sensitive to industry hotspots.
