Responsibilities
1. Procurement work for data center type projects and related similar fields, including contract planning, market research, sourcing investigation, strategy formulation, bidding execution, contract negotiation, performance and payment management, etc. 2. In-depth procurement work for specific procurement categories, analyze the development trends of technology/product equipment/services in related procurement fields within the category, and complete market research and analysis reports 3. Carry out cost analysis, market benchmarking, raw material research and other work on procurement results, and participate in major changes/visa/settlement negotiations, etc. 4. Prepare adaptive contract planning schemes according to the characteristics of different projects, formulate sourcing plans for supplier resources, and establish and operate supplier management and evaluation systems.
Qualifications
1. Have procurement management experience in data center industry equipment or similar fields, and the functional/support work time is not less than 3 years 2. Be able to independently complete the whole process of procurement for specific projects 3. Have good learning ability 4. English can be used as a working language, and have the ability to participate in the procurement of overseas engineering projects 5. Good communication and business negotiation skills, good professional ethics and values, team spirit good stress resistance and strong initiative.
