Responsibilities
1. Responsible for financial investment analysis and modeling of self-built data center projects, determine the decision thresholds of key technical and economic indicators of IDC, and support department and company decision-making coordinate site selection for self-built data center projects, and provide professional support and advice on site selection reports, investment agreements of relevant departments, etc. 2. Responsible for establishing an IDC cost analysis indicator system, disassembling and analyzing the cost composition of data centers from different dimensions and perspectives, establishing a quantitative relationship between IDC investment return rate and key cost indicators, and providing cost optimization directions and strategies for IDC resource site selection, planning and design, construction, operation and maintenance departments, improving resource utilization, and ensuring cost competitiveness 3. Responsible for collaborating with relevant departments, including finance, tax law, legal affairs, technology, cost, resource site selection, operation and maintenance, supply chain and other departments, to jointly build a data center cost analysis indicator system, process construction, basic resource pricing system, etc., and continuously optimize the performance of the system 4. Understand the cost composition of infrastructure such as servers/networks/IDC/bandwidth/dedicated lines, and be able to determine resource specifications, CAPEX costs, OPEX costs and key performance optimization indicators with professional technical teams 5. Support investment analysis of new technologies and new architectures in data center scenarios, optimize TCO on the data center side, and continuously reduce the unit construction cost of data centers support PUE optimization cost analysis and power utilization analysis in large data center operations 6. Understand the cost situation of mainstream IDC suppliers, and be able to complete product analysis independently or in support of relevant teams track and analyze the development and changes of the data center industry, and adjust investment strategies and plans in a timely manner to cope with market changes and risks cooperate with internal development and complete the operation analysis and related work of self-built data center projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, finance-related majors or majors such as architecture/electrical/HVAC/automation/civil engineering/project management 2. More than 3 years of experience in R&D industry, data center investment analysis and operation, with IDC planning, optimization, and resource management experience preferred 3. Good logic and data analysis and data processing capabilities, and the ability to build a systematic analytical framework thinking 4. Understand the IDC full life cycle management process, and be familiar with the IDC construction and operation process 5. Have a basic understanding of the operator or Internet data center architecture, technology, and mainstream manufacturers products and solutions 6. Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills, and strong stress resistance.
