Data Product Manager - Life Service

1. Responsible for the data infrastructure and product system construction of ByteDance's life service business, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis 2. Familiar with data burial points, indicator system, data tables, and reporting tools, deeply explore the pain points of data infrastructure and data tool system, and be able to design solutions from an overall perspective to improve the work efficiency of data analysts 3. Combining business understanding and user research, be able to precipitate indicator libraries and analysis ideas, and design efficient indicator systems and easy-to-use data products.

1. More than 4 years of experience in data product work, familiar with the application value of data products in business, and experience in data warehouse data products and data analysts 2. Have good product thinking and user thinking, be good at exploring needs, and actively promote product project establishment 3. Familiar with data warehouses, data query tools, governance tools, etc., familiar with data production and use 4. Have good logical thinking ability, good at communication and quick expression 5. Good at cross-team communication and complex project management 6. Good teamwork ability, and have passion and motivation to use big data value to empower business.
