Data Product Operation - International Music

1. Based on the development goals of the music business and the analysis of the current status of the industry, be responsible for the definition and construction of music data indicators, and collaborate with relevant teams to obtain business results 2. Understand business needs, identify problems, use data products to provide data solutions, and achieve data-driven 3. Formulate product operation indicators based on data-driven, and optimize operation strategies based on data analysis results, improve conversion efficiency, and accelerate product growth 4. Cooperate with product department and technical department to continuously improve the usability of data products, accumulate domain knowledge and form a knowledge base.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in data operation/product operation, statistics, mathematics, computer related majors are preferred 2. Familiar with data application or data platform layer products, proficient in using statistical analysis tools, able to independently analyze, locate and solve problems 3. Good language communication and expression skills, self-driven, good at systematic thinking, strong logic 4. Rigorous thinking, good cross-departmental communication and project management skills, good teamwork skills and business promotion capabilities.
