1. Based on the understanding of Douyin's business and massive data, design a reasonable analysis framework and indicator system to evaluate business performance build indicator reports and perform attribution analysis on changes 2. From the perspective of user experience, explore optimization opportunities in the product and work with operations and R&D teams to improve user experience 3. Verify business assumptions and evaluate optimization benefits through scientific A/B experiment design and result analysis 4. Study causal inference methods, combine with actual business problems, and form reasonable implementation plans

1. Bachelor degree or above, with relevant backgrounds in mathematics, statistics, data mining, machine learning, computer science, economics, etc., and those with interdisciplinary backgrounds are preferred 2. Good logical thinking ability, excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and passion for challenging problems 3. Master common mathematical statistics and causal inference methods, and be familiar with SQL, R/Python and other tools 4. Understand the principles of machine learning and recommendation algorithms, and those with experience in Internet company analysis are preferred.
