Responsibilities
Team Introduction: TikTok is an international short video platform covering 150 countries and regions. We hope to discover real and interesting moments through TikTok and make life better. TikTok has offices around the world, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, and offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. The TikTok User Growth team explores product growth potential and drives user growth with technology. The team not only practices user growth methodology in products and continues to consolidate growth capabilities, but also explores TikTok's multimodal product ecosystem to leverage the rapid growth of user scale. We will be extremely close to the business, and work with product and operation colleagues to explore user growth methodology and continue to consolidate the growth capabilities of the business. Together, we will conduct insight analysis through data performance in the business to find business opportunities, analyze different business needs around different growth business models, and conduct technical design and implementation. We will also optimize and upgrade our architecture and systems from a technical perspective, make purely technical transformations, and use technology to drive business development and change. 1. Responsible for data analysis related work of TikTok's user growth business, and provide insight analysis capabilities for product user growth business 2. Accurately and comprehensively understand the business, assist in setting business growth goals, disassemble key achievement paths, and do a good job of process monitoring and early warning 3. Disassemble business growth drivers, diagnose business growth problems, investigate and attribute data changes, and build automated change attribution tools 4. Carry out special analysis on key issues, gain insight into the essence of the problem, and propose data-driven optimization suggestions or solutions 5. Have excellent organizational collaboration capabilities, cooperate with product development/data/algorithms, support strategy iteration through rigorous analysis, causal inference, AB experiments, etc., promote the implementation of optimization plans, quantify and evaluate strategy effects, and drive business indicators to improve 6. In supporting business development, be good at thinking, summarizing, and precipitating growth analysis methodology and data efficiency tools.
Qualifications
1. Computer/Statistics/Mathematics and other related majors, those with more than 3 years of relevant experience in user product analysis/data science are preferred 2. Proficient in Use statistical analysis tools such as SQL/Python/R, master analysis methods such as regression, classification, clustering, machine learning, A/B experiment, causal inference, etc. 3. Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, structured thinking, keen data insight, rigorous and meticulous, and curious 4. Have excellent organizational and collaborative skills, self-driven work, and resilience those with overseas living/studying experience are preferred.
