Responsibilities
1. Conduct data evaluation on graphic ecology and long-term development strategies and give scientific and quantitative suggestions, be able to convert business goals into product assumptions and data problems, gradually disassemble and provide data insights to optimize product iteration and algorithm strategies 2. Product iteration analysis, use mathematical ability in product iteration and strategy analysis to complete A/B experiments and improvement evaluation, causal diagnosis and other tasks 3. Quantify complex problems, define abstract business problems and give quantitative answers through problem summary, indicator definition, data backtesting and other processes, and have a clear understanding of the possible deficiencies of the data solution and put forward long-term optimization suggestions 4. Project management, overall coordination and agile handling of data foundation, product iteration, exploratory analysis and other data matters, and complete delivery 5. Monitor and evaluate product health, cooperate with data warehouse students to build an indicator system, efficiently reflect the pain points of the current use of the APP and give data-driven optimization suggestions through drill-down analysis.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, statistics, data science, economics and other related majors 2. More than 3 years of relevant data analysis work experience, data-driven business experience is preferred 3. Excellent thinking logic, good at disassembling problems, good communication and collaboration skills, and passionate about challenges 4. Those who have data cognition or experience in recommendation systems and content ecology will get extra points, and those who have creators or content experience will get extra points.
