Responsibilities
1. Responsible for database products, including relational/NoSQL/distributed NewSQL database services, involving product planning, design, management, operations, etc. 2. Able to organize in-depth communication and discussion on market dynamics, user scenarios, and technology trends to ensure the applicability, advancement, and foresight of the product 3. Formulate product market strategies, support marketing, sales, and pre-sales architects, and achieve product commercialization revenue goals 4. Manage the product iteration process, maintain close cooperation with the R&D team, and ensure that product iteration is carried out as planned.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major 2. More than 3 years of experience as a cloud computing product manager, pre-sales architect or database DBA 3. Familiar with at least one database and understand the mainstream database products on the market, such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Aurora, Snowflake, etc. 4. Good at communication, have a certain pressure-bearing ability in complex environments, good at abstracting and simplifying complex problems good at systematic thinking and using innovative thinking to solve problems. Bonus points: 1. Those with technical background, deep users of public or private clouds are preferred 2. Those with experience as ToB SaaS product managers are preferred 3. Those with industry backgrounds such as games, e-commerce, and finance are preferred 4. Organizers or contributors of domestic and foreign database communities (open source & commercial) are preferred.
