Responsibilities
- Assist in origination and execution of Formosa transactions on a project basis
- Assist in communications with DCM teams across Asia, Europe, and US to provide issuers with various solutions for their potential funding needs
- Work with related teams to prepare the required documents for bond listing.
- Assist in arranging roadshow/reverse roadshow and preparing marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze economic, market developments, and recent primary and secondary market data
- Assist in promoting fixed income products and providing market intelligence for clients
- Assist in KYC review and onboarding process
- Assist in regulatory reporting for ongoing and outstanding deals
- Other administrative work
Required
Profile required
- Master's or bachelor's degree holder in finance, engineering or business administration
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic technical knowledge in fixed income and/or Formosa market preferred
- Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Senior Securities Specialist license required
- Post graduates with related experience are welcome

DCM Syndicate of Formosa bond market is mainly responsible for underwriting of Formosa bonds. We co-work with global DCM colleagues across regions and identify suitable funding opportunities in Taiwan for global issuers.
