Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and analysts working on debit card products

Product Strategy and Development:
Develop and execute the product strategy for the debit card portfolio, aligning with company objectives and market trends
Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
Drive the implementation of new product features, enhancements, and innovations
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, technology, and compliance teams, to ensure successful product development
and launch.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed
Customer Experience and Insights:
Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations
Ensure the product delivers a seamless and satisfying customer experience
Operational and Financial Management:
Monitor and manage the budget for debit card products, ensuring cost-effective development and operations
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess product success and identify areas for optimization
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all debit card products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies
Oversee risk management strategies to address potential security or fraud issues
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Develop and maintain reports on product performance, including usage statistics, financials, and customer feedback
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management or a related role within the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead position
