Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for or lead the research of a certain discipline or forward-looking topic (AI-assisted material development, reinforcement learning, industrial intelligence, etc.)
2. Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative technical solutions
3. Publish high-level papers and high-quality patents to accumulate the intellectual capital of the organization and the company
4. Participate in the planning of forward-looking directions and the formulation of technical roadmaps to explore new research directions
5. Participate in the planning of departmental strategies and development strategies
6. Guide and train team members to improve the overall technical level of the team.
Qualifications
Education: PhD preferred
Work experience:
1. 8 years or more of work experience, with at least two deep learning related project experiences, major projects preferred
2. Deeply understand and master advanced image processing technology, high performance computing and learning algorithms in computer vision, proficient in one or more open source deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, and have algorithm research and innovation capabilities
3. Have in-depth research in at least one field related to deep learning, reinforcement learning, prompt, large models, natural language processing, voice interaction, etc.
4. Have good problem analysis and problem solving skills, and maintain enthusiasm, attention and exploratory spirit for forward-looking research topics.
Required majors:
1. PhD preferred
2. Artificial intelligence related majors including but not limited to the following directions: AI-assisted material research and development, reinforcement learning, industrial intelligent bodies, etc.
Other requirements:
1. Applicants who have made achievements in related fields or published high-level papers in top conferences are preferred
2. Applicants with experience in leading a team to tackle tough problems are preferred
3. Applicants must have good teamwork spirit, communication skills and stress resistance.
Language requirements: Proficiency in Python and other computer languages.
