Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the delivery of hybrid cloud security products, including network planning and design and software deployment and implementation. Products include but are not limited to: Cloud Security Center, Cloud Firewall, DDOS, WAF, NTA, KMS, Cloud Bastion Host, etc. 2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of hybrid cloud security products, including configuration management, version changes, fault handling, etc., and responsible for product stability and service reputation 3. Participate in OnCall duty, be responsible for refining customers daily problems and needs, provide regular feedback and promote improvements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of experience in Internet security delivery and operation and maintenance 2. Solid basic knowledge of computer software and hardware, understanding of Linux operating system, storage, network, cloud native, security and other related knowledge systems 3. Familiar with network security equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN basic configuration management 4. Familiar with Shell/Python scripting language, with efficiency optimization awareness and practical experience 5. Have experience in building private cloud or public cloud security products, security resource pool delivery and operation system, and have ToB service awareness 6. Good at teamwork and independent work, with good communication and coordination skills and stress resistance Have customer service awareness, can establish and maintain good customer relationships, and can accept business trips.
