Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning and organizing major departmental activities and activities required for business, including but not limited to management seminars, business commendation meetings and departmental team building 2. Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the department, coordinating internal and external relations, including but not limited to expense management, gift application and system communication 3. Responsible for improving the overall management goals, work standards and processes of the assistant system, and giving innovative suggestions 4. Workstation coordination: strive for workstation resources according to the needs of the business line, reasonably plan workstations to meet business development 5. Complete other temporary matters delivered by the business party.
Qualifications
1. 2 years or more of administrative work experience 2. Experience in planning and organizing meetings and activities, and making innovative suggestions for this type of activities & meetings 3. Strong information management, text processing and copywriting skills, and proficient in Office and other common office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 4. Interpersonal skills: have affinity and interpersonal understanding, and be able to gain recognition and trust from the business department have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to adapt flexibly, be good at team integration and management, and have a good team awareness 5. Integration judgment ability: clear thinking, observation and a certain degree of foresight, able to understand and actively explore the needs of the business department, and have the ability to integrate information resources and strategic planning.
