Support COO for resource and strategy planning to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve collaborating with different departments to understand resource needs, conducting analysis to support decision-making, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives aligned with operational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Key Performance Indicators monitoring and reporting: Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards to track and report on relevant metrics for local operations and report to regional/group offices. This may involve gathering data from various sources/departments, creating visual representations of the data, and presenting insights to relevant stakeholders.
2. Project management for Organizational Management related tasks: Leading and coordinating OM projects specific to the region or group, ensuring timely completion, effective resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. This may involve working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
3. Data analysis for operational functions: Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform operational decision-making. This may involve working together with other departments of using statistical tools and data visualization techniques to support operational improvements.
