(Deputy / Senior) Business Strategy Manager - Global Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• According to the overall strategy of the bank, promote the sustainable finance business development for corporate banking, include assisting and coordinating the overall development plan, data management and strategic planning of ESG development of corporate banking segment.

• Assist frontline relationship managers to sort out green and sustainable development related loan business, assist the corporate banking segment to complete its KPI requirement on ESG.

• Assist in internal collaboration between Global Corporate Banking department and other departments, involve in the development on new and optimization of existing bank products on green and ESG related business. Ensure the green and sustainable products offered by the bank is competitive and able to build up our bank overall image.

• Assist in promoting other strategic initiatives of Global Corporate Banking Department or for the whole Corporate Banking Segment, collaborate with other business development, product or other department, fully make use of the competitive edge of the comprehensive bank products or services offered by the bank as a whole, to develop and implement initiatives that may involve multi department with the aim to enhance the business value of our bank products or services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in BBA, Finance or Economics.
• 5 years or above experience in banking industry with solid and relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical skills with detailed-oriented, problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage.
