Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out work under the leadership of the department director. Be fully responsible for all the work of the main clinic group and be the first person responsible for the management of the main clinic group.
2. Be responsible for the ward work of the main clinic group and determine the diagnosis and treatment plan. Preside over level 3 or 4 surgeries or operations (including preoperative conversations), and guide junior doctors to perform level 1 or 2 surgeries or operations.
3. Be responsible for the medical quality and patient safety of this main clinic group, and receive and handle medical complaints and disputes that occur.
4. Emergency treatment of sudden situations of patients in the department and consultations arranged by the department inside and outside the hospital.
5. Actively submit difficult cases (including new patients, patients with poor treatment effects, patients with unknown diagnoses, patients with hospital stays of more than one week, and patients with signs of disputes), critical cases, deaths, etc. within this main clinic group to the department for discussion, and obey the department's discussion opinions.
6. Be responsible for arranging the outpatient and emergency work of the doctors in this main clinic group according to the department's plan.
7. Guide the work of junior doctors and resident doctors.
8. Undertake the scientific research and teaching tasks of the department.
Qualifications
Education: Master
Work experience:
1. More than 10 years of experience in a tertiary hospital or above and at least 2 years of experience as an associate chief physician chief physician is preferred
2. Master the diagnosis and treatment of dermatological diseases and the latest developments in the discipline
3. Have a good sense of service and teamwork.
