Responsibilities
Team Introduction: We are looking for designers who have passion and ideas for the internationalization of special effects open platform and full-stack capabilities. You will work, learn and grow in an international corporate environment and culture. You will participate in the full-link process of product design and development, starting from a product idea, exploring and iterating the design, tracking and reviewing the online effects of the project, and being responsible for the experience of global users. 1. Design special effects props production tools for overseas designers, support international short video products, and inspire more creativity 2. Have good framework thinking and logical thinking ability, can participate in the formulation of the interactive framework and specifications of the tool, lower the threshold for designers to use, and support the long-term development of the product 3. Have good research ability in design tools, 3D, and cutting-edge AI technology, can help the business explore solutions that can meet user needs and support product innovation 4. Can independently undertake key projects and have good UI visual ability 5. Can deeply use and experience the product, understand the business, can self-drive to discover needs from data and user research, transform them into feasible design solutions and promote implementation.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of experience in PC/Web tool product design projects, with experience in building and maintaining design component systems 2. Full-stack product design capabilities, and excellent product and data thinking 3. Strong self-drive and learning ability, focus on sedimentation, summary and review 4. Good communication and collaboration skills, optimistic and positive, able to adapt to a fast pace of work 5. Love product design, maintain curiosity about unknown things, have an international perspective and background, and be able to use English as a working language 6. Bonus points: user research, motion effect skills, data analysis, and understanding of technical implementation.
