Developer AI Product Operations

1. Responsible for the operation and user growth of developer AI-related C-end products such as Doubao MarsCode, formulate operation goals and plans, and promote execution and implementation 2. Responsible for the operation and promotion of products, deeply understand product functions and characteristics, formulate product operation plans, and improve product usage rate 3. Formulate product growth operation strategies, deeply understand user needs, and continuously implement growth practices to verify customer needs 4. Identify product problems and optimization suggestions, promote product and R&D iterative optimization, and assist product managers in completing product planning and design.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in growth and operation of commercial products preferred 2. Passionate about growth and strong goal orientation 3. Possess project management capabilities and strong driving force sensitive to data and clear logic 4. Possess extreme judgment, execution, communication and coordination capabilities.
