Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the technical influence, product growth, and product experience governance of ByteDance's internal R&D tool products: 1) Technical Influence: Develop technical brand and influence promotion strategies, enhance product awareness and technical influence through activities, content, user operations, and other means, and promote internal technology precipitation and exchanges 2) Product Growth: Develop growth strategies, collaborate with SA, R&D and other peripheral teams to complete growth strategies and implementation actions for major customers and developers, and be responsible for product growth indicators 3) Product experience governance: Develop experience measurement and governance strategies and frameworks, formulate governance strategies through the collection, insight, and analysis of subjective and objective data, and collaborate with various teams to complete developer experience governance, and be responsible for product experience indicators 2. Optimize training, documentation, work order support and other services for developer users through self-construction and collaboration, and continuously optimize service quality to improve developer experience 3. Implement data-driven operations by building a data dashboard and conducting data analysis 4. Work closely with product, design, and development teams to promote the implementation of project plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant working experience 2. Candidates with experience in toB/toD developer operation, product operation, data strategy, etc. are preferred 3. Have a relatively mature operation methodology and strong execution, strong sense of responsibility, good copywriting skills, and strong curiosity 4. Strong data analysis ability, good at discovering problems from data and promoting optimization iteration, data-driven operation 5. Work carefully and responsibly, have empathy, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills 6. Have a sense of ownership, and have strong project promotion and resource coordination capabilities.
