Responsibilities
Team Introduction: ByteTech, the ByteDance Developer Technology Community, is the official technology platform of ByteDance. Through product modules such as ByteDance technology information, original content columns, Q&A discussions, development tool summaries, special videos, talent training maps, etc., it provides a technical resource pool for ByteDance's global engineers, helps technical students communicate and create, activates the internal technical atmosphere, broadens technical horizons, and enhances technical strength. 1. Responsible for the operation of cooperative projects between ByteTech and internal R&D teams, formulate operation strategies and plans, meet team needs, enhance the activity of R&D teams in the ByteTech community, and achieve the overall production and consumption goals of the platform 2. Gain insight into the team's needs in terms of technology impact, technology accumulation, technology growth, business cooperation, etc., provide supporting solutions based on product functions and complete the implementation of projects build a POC feedback mechanism between the platform and the technical team to enhance product influence and community friendliness 3. Build ByteTech's content and operation system in the direction of team cooperation, explore and maintain the cooperative relationship between the developer community and the R&D team, monitor the team's various data indicators on the platform, analyze team needs, use data to drive the optimization of platform operation strategies, and enhance the team's refined operations and activity.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer and related majors are preferred 2. More than 2 years of operation experience, experience in Internet ToB community operation is preferred 3. Possessing community operation and user operation thinking, and having successful experience and methodology in community/user growth/ToB operation is preferred 4. Have enthusiasm for the technology field and developer groups, understand developer needs, be good at capturing user pain points, and have strong resource integration capabilities 5. Have data analysis capabilities and be able to optimize operation strategies based on data 6. Have experience and ability in cross-team collaboration, understand technology, product language, and have good writing skills be passionate about work, creative, enthusiastic and optimistic.
