Responsibilities
Team introduction: ByteTech, the developer technology community of ByteDance, is the official technology platform of ByteDance. Through product modules such as ByteDance technology information, original content column, Q&A discussion, development tool summary, special video, talent training map, etc., it provides a technical resource pool for ByteDance's global engineers, helps technical students communicate and create, activate the internal technical atmosphere, broaden technical horizons, and enhance technical strength. 1. Responsible for the product design of ByteTech, ByteDance's internal technical community, including user demand research and analysis, product planning, product function design and promotion and implementation 2. Understand the functional demands of various businesses within the company for the community, complete reasonable solution output, and coordinate relevant resources to complete the rapid implementation and implementation of product solutions 3. Focus on the industry's leading content distribution platform solutions and continue to iterate and optimize products.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred 2. More than 3 years of product work experience, experience in Internet content distribution products is preferred 3. Have a good sense of purpose, structured thinking and abstract ability, and can complete the abstraction and design of product capabilities in complex business scenarios 4. Have good business thinking and business awareness, be sensitive to data, and have good data analysis capabilities 5.
