Job Description:
Management and Enhancement of Porsche Taiwan's Owned Media:
o Responsible for the management and optimization of Porsche Taiwan's official website, and other local web assets.
o Strategically lead the development of Porsche Taiwan's social media presence, including platforms of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, in collaboration with external partner agencies.
Develop Digital Marketing Campaign:
o Conceptualize and execute digital campaigns that align with key communication and launch events to meet business objectives.
o Integrate innovative strategies within campaigns to amplify their impact and effectiveness.
o Perform in-depth analysis of digital media growth metrics and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
o Proven expertise in digital media and performance marketing, with demonstrated proficiency in various media analytical tools across digital platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Project Management:
o Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, coordinating team efforts and resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Porsche Asset Proofread:
o Approve, and review Porsche translation assets in all PTW communication.
Brand Risk Management:
o Through the Social Listening Tool to Identify and Communicate Concerns: Recognize and communicate potential brand issues to management and stakeholders.
o Transparent Progress: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged as solutions are implemented.
o Risk Mitigation: Use insights to prevent future problems and ensure the brand's safety.
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualification:
o Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing communications/digital marketing
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o At least 4 years working experience in digital marketing in premium automotive industry
o Fluent in Traditional Chinese/Mandarin and Professional in English.
o Experience in in digital marketing campaign development, especially in telecommunication or automotive related field with proven track record of success.
o Technical Knowledge Qualification: digital training certificates are highly valued.
Preferred Qualification:
o High levels of Integrity and Compliance
o Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, a proactive attitude with good time management and interpersonal skills
o Advanced communication skill with international multicultural experience; good quality and goal oriented
o Advance writing skills in Chinese and English in Marketing concept with high accuracy and detailed- oriented
o Ability to work under pressure, collaborate well in team, with open and growth mindset
o Negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
o Experience and knowledge in local automotive market especially in retail are preferred.
o Knowledge of Porsche Brand, Product and System will be an asset.
