Digital Platform Manager Digital Onboarding.
Principal responsibilities:- Drive the delivery of digital onboarding journey under Agile methodology and maximize business growth
- Act as a Product Owner to drive the end to end solution design from front-end to back-end, define product roadmap, prioritize product backlog, translate strategies to development tasks
- Be responsible to write epics and user stories, define acceptance criteria, identify risks and issues to ensure in compliance with local, Global and regulatory standards and policies
- Able to execute an idea from initiation, discovery, design, development to launch through collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, scrum master, UX/UI, technology, first/second line of defense and external vendors
- Manage sales analytics and data-driven insights to provide recommendation for performance improvement, including but not limited to improve conversion, refine communication strategies to grow digital customers, and leverage data to enhance Customer Life Cycle Management
- Build strong relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure the scrum team and wider team are all aligned to ensure success, and everyone understands the priorities and end state vision of the product
- Deliver an excellent digital journey through keeping track of industry trends, analyzing web analytics, and understanding customer behaviours
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years experience in digital product / project management and implementation Great sense of ownership, strong analytical, problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with project delivery in agile methodology and practices Proficiency in both English and Chinese
