About this team
At the centre of what we do is build authentic communities with a passion for holistic wellbeing - for lululemon that means physical movement, mental health and social connection. This team's purpose is to drive brand credibility and influence through strong relationships within our ambassadors, athletes and brand experience programs. The scope ranges from leading programs at APAC, City and Store levels and partners with community leads in multiple countries across the region.


A day in the life:
Community Store Engagement
  • Deliver Community Priorities the regional brand calendar. Covering, IDEA moments, cultural moments, new store opening and retail community training
  • Ensure retail store teams are equipped and empowered with direction & supporting toolkits to deepen localized community connections within their markets.

Ambassador & Talent Relationship
  • Deliver Ambassador guidelines and influencer tracking support for all regions
  • Deliver Ambassador & Sport marketing strategy in partnership with Global Brand to drive relevance in market
  • Drive integration of key regional AMB talent across brand campaigns and functional plans

Brand Activations & Community Events
  • Lead & Coach country community teams to deliver local events. From planning to execution to partner selection
  • Partnership with the brand team, activation strategy to drive categories of Run, Train, Yoga, Men
  • A key collaborative thought partner in developing owned IP based concepts that creates differentiation for our guest


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in marketing with preference in influencer marketing
  • 5+ athlete relationship management or community / city marketing
  • Proven track record in program management
  • Proven examples in developing Brand Ambassadors and Partnerships that reinforce brand values
