Moderna is solidifying its presence in Taiwan, a region known for its robust biotech and technology sectors. Our Taiwan office will concentrate on commercial activities, delivering our innovative mRNA products to the Taiwanese market. In this impactful position as a Health Partnership Lead, you will spearhead Moderna's engagement strategy by integrating market insights, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution to establish Moderna as a key player in Taiwan's healthcare sector. This includes managing vital initiatives such as tendering, contracting, and pricing negotiations. You'll develop enduring relationships with health institutions, healthcare providers (HCPs), and external stakeholders to drive product adoption and expand our presence. This role leverages multiple resources across marketing, digital, and data expertise to optimize value for patients, partners, and Moderna.
Here's What You'll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Formulating and executing strategic engagement plans for key stakeholders across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with our brand strategies.
- Acting as the Vaccines Franchise brand expert, with a focused approach on COVID-19, RSV, Flu, and other pipeline assets.
- Collaborating in the development of annual Brand Plans for Taiwan to strengthen Moderna's market position, drive brand storytelling, and establish leadership for both marketed and pipeline products.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Health Partnership Leads, Access, Medical, Regulatory, and global brand teams) to define Moderna's position within Taiwan's vaccines landscape.
- Supporting field teams and partners with brand training and digital tools to enhance engagement.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Leading project management for communications initiatives, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory standards.
- Driving strategy implementation to achieve business targets and foster partnerships.
- Serving as a central resource for field needs by creating tailored engagement tools for both in-person and digital use.

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in vaccine/pharmaceutical brand management and/or customer-facing roles. In-depth knowledge of and strong interest in vaccines/infectious diseases is a plus.
- Digital Expertise: Proven experience in leveraging innovative digital channels and platforms to enhance communication impact.
- Scientific Communication: Skilled at translating complex scientific information into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Product Communication Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing complex product communications issues with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Communication Channels: Up-to-date on evolving communication tactics, including the effective use of podcasts, intranets, and social networks for impactful messaging.
- Strategic Thinking and Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-impact results.
- Project Management Excellence: Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
- Business Acumen and Regulatory Knowledge: Strong business acumen with a robust understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to commercial programs and initiatives.
