Summary
Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of various Food & Beverage departments such as All Dining, Room Service, Chinese Restaurant, bar, all the kitchens, stewarding etc.
Exercises administration and supervises through Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and restaurant Managers.
Qualifications
International 5 Star Hotel, 5 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
Experienced in brand switching would be much preferred.
