A Project & Construction Management Director (PCMD) will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the Taiwan project portfolio and must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

To deliver the project portfolio to the satisfaction of both the Client and the Exyte.

Show your expertise

• Min. 10 years of leadership experience in similar positions with cleanroom or MEP project experiences in Taiwan.
• Mayjor in electrical, mechanical, process engineering, project management, construction management or related field preferred.
• Experience in leading complex matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and in English.
• Good communication and motivation skills.
