We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Corp Business department at LINE as the Director of Display Ad. This role will oversee a team of approximately 5 individuals and will be pivotal in driving LINE's Display Ad business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the LINE Display Ad business, focusing on strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Responsible for the daily operations and development of new features for Display Ad products, including the LINE Advertising Platform (LAP) and Guaranteed Ads (GD).
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and reach of displayed advertising on the LINE platform.
- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in digital advertising or related industries.
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and industry trends.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with international colleagues.
- Experience in Retail Media Network (RMN), OMO (Online Merging Offline), and utilizing data for advertising purposes is highly desirable.
