Responsibilities
1. Responsible for undertaking the domestic market performance marketing (delivery business) needs of the game business, formulating omni-channel delivery strategies, achieving the established delivery effect goals, and being responsible for the effectiveness of the use of delivery costs 2. Manage the progress and results of the delivery business of each media channel, starting from the overall goal of the project in charge, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and optimize the process according to the actual situation 3. Pay attention to and study the dynamics of mainstream media and the actions of external competitors, and explore potential growth opportunities 4. Be sensitive to materials, have a deep understanding of the materials and effects of the delivery, and be able to drive the continuous iteration and optimization of the creative materials of the delivery 5. Based on the characteristics of the domestic market, be responsible for promoting the continuous iteration of the efficiency tools and data systems required for the delivery business, and improve the efficiency of the delivery business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in managing the game delivery team in the domestic market 2. Have more than 3 successful project release experiences, and have a deep understanding and practical experience in domestic mainstream media channels 3. Have strong stress resistance, strong communication and coordination, and cross-team collaboration capabilities 4. High data sensitivity, strong data analysis capabilities, and good at discovering problems and business opportunities through data.
