Responsibilities
1. Responsible for 3D asset modeling: model design and production of PBR beautiful characters and two-dimensional cartoon characters, etc. 2. Cooperate with other 3D designers to jointly establish product process and quality standards 3. Assist technical developers such as technical artists to improve the visual performance of characters in the engine 4. Understand and participate in upstream and downstream related art processes, and promote standardized process iteration of production pipelines.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, design/art background is preferred, more than 3 years of experience in game or film and television model making 2. Familiar with the model making process, proficient in Maya, Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, SP and other related software, and proficient in using Yeti, Xgen and other hair making plug-ins, strong art rendering ability, familiar with Arnold/Vary/OC and other mainstream renderers 3. Proficient in PBR and NPR material production, map baking methods for different model situations, PS bitmap processing 4. Familiar with UE engine, master the model making process and requirements that meet the needs of the engine, such as UV finishing, material editing, etc. 5. Have a deep understanding of modeling, craftsmanship, structure, anatomy, etc., and have the ability to create character models based on drafts, reference pictures, text descriptions, etc. 6. Have a good sense of collaboration, be good at summarizing, be passionate about work, have strong learning ability and self-drive, be able to communicate effectively with other teams, and have strong problem-solving ability in the face of new problems.
