Douyin AI Search Strategy Product Manager

1. Responsible for the strategic product work of Douyin AI search growth direction, find suitable AI search application scenarios within the Douyin end, and be responsible for the scale indicators of AI search 2. Through data analysis and strategy analysis, output valuable strategy optimization solutions, and continuously iterate the conversion of each entrance 3. Deeply understand the combination of user needs, AI generative capabilities, and Douyin content ecology, and continuously carry out product innovation thinking 4. Work closely with model algorithms, engineering technology, evaluation and other teams to complete implementation projects such as strategy iteration, effect evaluation, and product function launch.

1. More than 3 years of experience in search/recommendation strategy products, with experience in related fields such as AI/content strategy as a plus 2. Have good insight into needs, good logical analysis skills, product strategy judgment ability, and cross-team collaboration capabilities 3. Work meticulously, practically, and rigorously, have a high sense of responsibility and good stress resistance and collaboration ability, and be good at learning and independent thinking 4. Have a good sense of purpose and logical thinking ability, be sensitive to data, have multiple perspectives, and be able to deeply understand the ideal state from the user's perspective.
