Douyin Author Operations Manager - Music

1. Explore the business demands of musicians, understand growth demands and creative pain points, determine demand priorities and promote the resolution of key demands through products and operations 2. Based on the linkage ecology of Douyin and Soda, be responsible for the output and implementation of musicians operation strategies, improve the supply of high-quality music, and enhance the authors stickiness to the platform 3. Formulate musician incentive strategies, enrich musician rights services, and drive the growth of musician submissions and platform activity.

1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in user operation/author operation/community operation, and passion for music 2. Master the basic methodology of user operation/author operation, have a good understanding of content, and strong user empathy 3. Be sensitive to data, have product thinking, have good data analysis skills, and be result-oriented 4. Have good internal and external collaboration and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, good stress resistance, and be able to maintain efficient execution and work rhythm.
