1. Design quality control solutions and data systems based on governance objectives and business links, and continuously iterate and improve them according to business development 2. Go deep into the business, gain insight into business pain points, analyze the root causes and put forward targeted solutions, link up with relevant parties, and promote problem solving 3. Promote the application of new tools, upgrade new capabilities, and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of problem discovery 4. Coordinate the quality improvement of a certain business line, control the progress of the project, coordinate resources to achieve project goals, and reduce the risk spillover and experience problems of audit.

1. Strong sense of purpose, result-oriented, good project management, data analysis and product thinking 2. Have judgment on complex things, sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, excellent communication skills, and can collaborate efficiently across teams 3. Have experience in quality/risk control system work, can deeply understand the quality/risk control system, and are familiar with the key points of system maintenance.
