Responsibilities
1. Problem Discovery and Definition: Responsible for the discovery and definition of Douyin business security issues, analyze online ecological trends through online content quality assessment and effective channel content quality feedback to ensure the healthy operation of the ecology 2. Risk problem analysis: Carry out routine monitoring and anomaly perception from qualitative and quantitative perspectives to provide data support for problem solving, summarize and cluster the characteristics of such content through abstract means, conduct rapid assessment and analysis of risks, undertake the writing of corresponding assessment and analysis reports, express reports, special reports, etc., to ensure that information reaches business parties in a timely and accurate manner 3. Emergency operations and multi-department collaboration: Establish and optimize emergency operation processes, establish a close coordination mechanism with upstream and downstream, ensure the full chain of problem discovery is unblocked, track problem governance, and ensure the stability of the business ecosystem.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of content operation experience, and experience in risk characteristics, ecological governance or security risk control of content-based Internet products 2. Strong problem discovery ability, able to define risk characteristics, analyze content risks and trends, and formulate reasonable and effective governance suggestions 3. Able to independently sort out business standards and processes, show excellent logic and business abstraction ability, good at analyzing problems and finding solutions have excellent operation coordination and promotion capabilities, can perceive problems from a global perspective, and promote cross-team cooperation to solve problems 4. Familiar with or quickly get started with data tools, can find problems from data, and have strong data analysis and summary capabilities 5. Have strong stress resistance and can adapt to fast-paced work.
