Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall number of Douyin music submissions and high-quality submissions of audio sources, linking with the Douyin Music Open Platform to improve the submission music supply strategy within the site 2. Have judgment on music copyright, upstream and downstream companies, music trends, and promotion, and have operational experience in audio source operations in platforms and community products, which can be precipitated into Douyin's UGC audio source submission methodology, and be responsible for the improvement of overall submissions and the creation of benchmark cases 3. Have the horizontal ability of product operation collaboration, link production and operation to build platforms such as sound source monitoring and sound source incentives, which can supplement the sound source supply stimulation from the perspective of the overall submission, and improve the user behavior and mentality of Douyin sound source UGC submission.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in music promotion, music incentives, music submission, etc., and experience in UGC project PM planning is preferred 2. Good at communication and cooperation, with strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, proactive, and certain stress resistance and data analysis capabilities 3. Have a deep understanding of the music industry, be familiar with Douyin's music ecology and content ecology, have a strong content sensitivity, and have experience in product operation collaboration and music submission community content operation is preferred.
