Responsibilities
1. Build the overall goal and data management system of Douyin customer service, promote goal decomposition and tracking, and ensure the effective delivery of business indicators 2. Through data analysis, gain insight into business problems, actively explore points that can be optimized and improved in the business, give feasible execution optimization suggestions, and promote implementation, bringing clear business improvement 3. According to the business situation of Douyin customer service, clarify service resource goals, operation management and settlement mechanisms, and effectively promote the achievement of business goals 4. Based on the positioning of Douyin customer service, sort out the business access and exit mechanism and effectively promote its implementation, and promote product, tool and process optimization and iteration based on business needs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with relevant experience in target management, service operation, etc., consulting or Internet strategy background is preferred 2. Have good business understanding and logical analysis ability, can quickly familiarize with new business and have business planning ability 3. Be sensitive to data, have good data analysis ability, be good at judging and summarizing problems from cases and can actively promote problem solving 4.
