Responsibilities
1. Business data monitoring and analysis: Through data monitoring, lead special analysis, discover video governance business problems and propose solutions or solutions, coordinate team communication and promote business execution 2. Support business decision-making and improvement: In-depth understanding of video governance business, disassemble existing platform product business from multiple dimensions, focus on data analysis, discover problems and pain points in governance business, discover business value depressions, and drive rapid iterative development of business by building perfect data services 3. Responsible for establishing an AB test system for the video governance strategy module, completing the solution design and promoting its implementation, conducting effect evaluation before and after the launch, supporting data-driven platform construction, and improving business data capabilities.
Qualifications
1. More than 2 years of experience in big data work, bachelor degree or above, proficient in Hive, SQL, Excel, PPT, Python or R, Tableau and other tools, familiar with common statistical analysis models 2. Sensitive to numbers, with good logical analysis, systematic thinking, and structured decomposition capabilities have a clear analysis methodology precipitation, and have the ability to accurately locate and analyze problems 3. Proficient in data mining skills, such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, application and tuning of supervised learning and unsupervised learning algorithms, proficient in clustering, regression, decision trees, neural networks and other machine learning models, able to independently process and mine data, discover rules and values 4. Master the skills of AB experiments, have rich AB experimental experience, understand indicator management, hypothesis testing methods, and be able to independently design AB experimental evaluation systems and plans 5. Strong communication and coordination skills, rigorous and responsible work, and able to think independently have a team spirit and be able to work with team members to complete projects.
