Douyin Ecosystem Governance Operation Manager - Account Standards

1. Responsible for the formulation of Douyin account security governance standards and the formulation and writing of user account usage specifications 2. Familiar with the laws, regulations, policies, and platform specifications related to accounts, and write and formulate reasonable governance standards 3. Familiar with the usage specifications and governance requirements of accounts in different industries and businesses, and formulate corresponding standards and specifications 4. In-depth understanding of platform risks and governance logic, in-depth understanding of various governance scenarios, excavation of user demand pain points, and precipitation of optimization suggestions to promote iteration.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more of experience in Internet account management and operation 2. Excellent structured thinking ability, able to see the essence of the problem behind the risk, experience in strategic management products is preferred 3. Strong risk assessment and identification ability, good data sensitivity, responsibility and communication and collaboration skills.
