Douyin Effect Designer - Portrait Beautification

1. Responsible for the beauty effect design, portrait algorithm follow-up and basic effect debugging of Douyin, grasp the aesthetic direction, and ensure the ultimate effect implementation 2. Insight into aesthetic trends, combine product goals, user demands and cutting-edge technical capabilities, and output high-quality effect solutions 3. Cooperate with product and R&D teams to ensure efficient operation of the project.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of design/imaging related work experience 2. Strong sensitivity to portrait aesthetics, willing to study the underlying implementation of mobile phone cameras, and focus on visual experience 3. Proficient in PS, thorough understanding of image algorithms, strong ability to disassemble and control effects 4. Careful and cautious, with excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, and project management and promotion capabilities.
