Responsibilities
1. Efficiently respond to various risk events in the industry business process, based on the industry risk characteristics, continuously accumulate the handling standards and processes of various risk scenarios, and collaborate with the team to continuously optimize emergency response plans and strategies 2. Empower industry business with global perception and emergency signals, and at the same time feed back the continuous optimization of global perception and emergency systems 3. Undertake the industry's public opinion monitoring and risk perception needs, and design reasonable solutions that are compatible with industry characteristics and needs under the global emergency system 4. In the process of risk emergency response, deeply understand the existing risks and discover business chain problems, and promote the optimization and resolution of platform systemic problems, including but not limited to industry governance solutions, industry experience solutions, industry product solutions and industry emergency solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience in Internet emergency response 2. Experience in risk perception, standards and processes, research and judgment, and management strategy operations, and good business perception and understanding 3. Strong sense of responsibility for work, strong BP cooperation and service awareness able to work closely with the team in depth and achieve win-win goals 4. Have a strong interest in content industry-related businesses.
