Douyin Entertainment Content Cooperation Manager - Film and Television Derivatives

1. Responsible for the film and television IP derivative content cooperation with long video platforms and film and television production companies, including the exploration of high-value content, negotiation of cooperation plans, contract signing and settlement 2. Responsible for the quality control of derivative content incubation, production, launch and promotion, and responsible for the results of content broadcasting and monetization 3. Connect with internal collaborators to allocate resources, including operations, products, commercialization, etc., to efficiently promote project implementation.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with working experience in film and television content industry preferred 2. Have judgment on content trends, familiar with the entire process of content development, familiar with Douyin products and content ecology 3. More than 3 years of operational work experience, with systematic planning and expression skills, and project management and execution experience 4. Have excellent communication, coordination and promotion capabilities, and be able to mobilize cross-departmental resources to improve collaboration efficiency.
