Douyin Game Product Manager - Live Gameplay

1. Responsible for the product planning and design of interactive game play in live/video scenarios 2. Deeply explore the needs of players in various categories of games, explore new gameplay combined with content scenarios, formulate highly feasible product plans and promote implementation and verification 3. For the gameplay in the verification period, keep close to the content scenarios, continuously improve the fun of the gameplay, and be responsible for the gameplay effect and opening volume 4. For verified gameplay, formulate product iteration plans and promote implementation, improve versatility & reduce the access costs of game manufacturers, and be responsible for gameplay effects and user coverage.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in the live broadcast industry preferred 2. Good at handling complex business and projects, outstanding demand analysis ability, and can clearly quantify goals and values 3. Sensitive to user data, good logical thinking ability and disassembly ability, strong learning ability 4. Love the game industry and be sensitive to new technologies and trends.
