Responsibilities
1. Control the quality of various types of content in the Douyin general political field, make effective evaluations and processing, and maintain a good community ecological atmosphere 2. Through monitoring and analysis, refine the key points of content in various fields, classify the content of each highly professional direction, and improve the professionalism and reputation of Douyin in the field of general political field 3. Identify and summarize key and common issues by sampling the content pool form a content evaluation report and use data to illustrate the problem 4. Communicate and collaborate with product strategy, content operation, and content review teams to promote problem solving and specific business improvements throughout the entire process 5. Monitor industry conditions, track changes and trends, and discover potential opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the status quo of Douyin and the entire content platform industry 2. 3 years or more of video/text content production or operation experience, strong text summarization ability, and content creation or content editing experience is preferred 3. Have a certain understanding of product planning, clear logical thinking, sensitive to data, strong communication and coordination ability, and self-driven 4. Be meticulous, down-to-earth, and rigorous in work, have a high sense of responsibility, and be good at learning and summarizing work experience and methodology.
