Douyin Health Strategy Operation-AI Security Assessment

1. Responsible for the security assessment of the Douyin Health model, carry out continuous assessment, special assessment, iterative assessment and other projects, and be responsible for the quality, quantity and efficiency of the assessment 2. Based on the assessment data, be able to conduct effective and in-depth data analysis and produce analysis reports with opinions and suggestions to support product and strategy iterative optimization 3. Understand cutting-edge evaluation methods and tools, explore and introduce more efficient and intelligent evaluation methods, and continuously improve the effectiveness and scientificity of evaluation work 4. Work closely with the business team to align evaluation standards and evaluation data, promote the evaluation system to keep up with business goals, and be able to effectively carry out evaluation training within the team.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with medical background or experience preferred 2. Priority is given to those who understand large language model technology, and experience in evaluation or analysis related to LLMs 3. Be sensitive to data, good at data analysis, have strong logical thinking ability, and have good summarization and induction skills 4. Have strong self-drive, execution, ability to communicate across departments, work carefully and have a strong sense of responsibility.
