Douyin Live Operations Manager - Hotspot Operations

1. Responsible for the construction of the Douyin live hotspot monitoring system, including but not limited to popular songs, topics and gameplay in live broadcast scenes, and extract creative inspiration from them 2. Introduce and operate external designers and developers, formulate incentive policies, and guide the supply of high-quality tools and gameplay 3. Build hotspot discovery and usage scenarios for anchors to help anchors improve their interaction and revenue capabilities.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of Internet operation experience, experience in live broadcast or short video platform is preferred 2. Passion for the content industry, like to watch live broadcast and short videos on a daily basis, strong creativity, good understanding of needs, in-depth research on user needs, and the ability to summarize 3. Strong self-motivation, good communication and cooperation awareness and teamwork ability.
