Douyin Live Product Manager - Anchor Management

1. Responsible for the product work of Douyin live broadcast anchor management, providing anchors with self-management capabilities, including but not limited to data analysis, audience management, content management, revenue increase and other directions 2. Before, during and after the broadcast, build channels and positions to reach anchors on a large scale, improve channel reach efficiency and anchor usage depth 3. Deeply understand the demands of anchors at different stages, analyze anchors needs and pain points, provide differentiated products and strategies, and serve anchors broadcasting and revenue growth.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of Internet product experience, experience in live broadcast or short video platform is preferred 2. Have strong data analysis ability, be able to find problems and opportunities from data, and provide corresponding strategic support 3. Have good logical thinking ability and demand understanding, be able to handle complex needs and successfully complete business abstraction 4. Strong self-motivation, good communication and cooperation awareness and teamwork ability.
