Douyin Member User Strategy Operations

1. Responsible for the formulation of Douyin member user operation strategies, clarify the differences and needs of stratified users, build a user operation system, identify business problems from the user's perspective, and implement user operation related suggestions that can promote business development 2. Conduct special research according to business needs, discover business opportunities through various research methods, and output corresponding strategies 3. Refine the indicator system of user-side business data, monitor business development, and quantify the effectiveness of operational actions.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of operation experience, with user operation/strategy operation/business analysis/market research and other related experience preferred 2. Possess business strategy and business analysis skills, such as problem analysis, logic digging, data analysis, chart narrative, etc. 3. Familiar with content platform and ecology, or understand subscription-based paid products 4. Clear logic, good at communication, strong learning ability, execution ability, and self-drive.
